Hyperdispersant QZ-1124

Product performance and advantages:

QZ-1124 is a polymer dispersant, which is widely used in solvent-based coatings and ink systems. It has excellent grinding and dispersing effects on high surface carbon black (such as Degussa FW200) and organic pigments; especially for alcohol-soluble PU inks, it has a more prominent effect on dispersing high surface carbon black and has a very good viscosity reduction effect.

Recommended dosage calculation formula:

Dispersant dosage (g) = [Specific surface area of pigment (m²/g) ÷ 500] × Pigment weight (g)

Usage:

First dissolve QZ-1124 in the mixture of grinding base, then add pigment for grinding.

Application range:

3. Grind and disperse alcohol-soluble organic pigments and carbon black.

Storage conditions and shelf life:

1. Place in a ventilated and cool place;
